"What an amazing host Margaret is. I checked in with my friend and we stayed in the gallery apartment which was super clean and tidy and had very comfortable bed in and also lovely living space and large flat screen tv. She also let us stay a bit past check out as my friend was unwell during the night. Super kind host. Definitely stay here!"

"The property was certainly unique and the view was spectacular. The check-in procedure was old-school (all paper/pencil) and done by the same employee trying to seat people at the busy restaurant so the process was a bit harried. They have done a good job with the hotel rooms- they are older of course, but cute. Would have preferred a bit cleaner and the mattress was a simple spring mattress. There is no parking for the hotel, so paid for parking at the museum until later in the evening when we...

"It was okay to have a place to sleep. It is under major renovations including the pool. It was close to a number of food choices. If you are looking for a place that you just need to have a place to sleep it was okay. If you are looking for anything fancy I would look elsewhere, at least until they finish their renovations."

"Everything about our stay at the Magnolia Inn was perfect. Our host was so helpful, everything you want and expect for worry free travels. We discovered new villages and beaches nearby. Mahone Bay itself is so beautiful and entertaining, a great location to launch from for day trips. Weather was perfect."

"I was very impressed with the accommodations that were designed into the cabin for accessibility. I'm not mobility challenged and can't represent those who are, but there are no wheelchair barriers into the unit or through any doorways, the bed is low, the bathroom is very large with grab bars by the toilet and shower, and the shower has a fold-down seat. The decor and setting felt very spa-like and relaxing."
