"The rooms are quite nice, especially the quality of the furnishings. There are several room types, including a townhouse style room. Staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. The downside is the restaurant in the bar. Poor selection of food and not well prepared; very slow service. They are closing for renovation in January; Possibly the restaurant will change? There is also a high end restaurant on the property but they were booked when we were there."

"This is a clean property but fairly basic the restaurant was struggling a little bit the night we used it. Italian food only q and food arrived inconsistently and one plate was exceptionally hot.The staff didn't know what time the lunch dinner room will open. However it was very close to the airport exceptionally clean and the staff were friendly and helpful the shuttle service was excellent.Quiet!"

"Our stay at Hotel Grand Francais was fantastic. One of the most underrated elements was that there was an amazing cocktail bar associated with the Hotel that was standout. The location felt very secure, was convenient to a ton of restaurants. The room was very clean and service was great. The breakfast spread was also delicious. Cafes and restaurants seemed to open quite late, so would recommend taking advantage of the breakfast. Would absolutely stay again when in Bordeaux!"
