"Easy parking. Remember this is an efficiency so nothing but the essentials: clean sheets, towels, toilet and shower. I suggest asking for a room at the back as it can get noisy out front! The breakfast is great so take the breakfast. Finding a sitdown restaurant within walking which is open before 8pm is tough. Locals are quite reserved like Parissians!"

"This hotel is fantastic. Spotlessly clean with the comfiest pillows I’ve ever slept on. I even took a photo of the label so I could try and buy one back home. There’s a vending machine in the lobby and tea and coffee facilities. The shuttle bus is a people carrier and it’s only a few minutes from the airport. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I don’t think I will ever go to Bilbao again but if I do I will definitely be staying here. ♥️"

"Despite turning up in biker gear I was welcomed warmly by the lady on reception. The breakfast options were explained and I went to the room. The room was clean and had a good array of bits and pieces, 2 small waters, dental care kit etc, a hairdryer with additional bits I don’t know the use for being A; male and B; bald. "El hotel muy bien situado con el metro a 100 metros y autobuses de linea a 10 metros. El personal muy atento y amable. La habitación espaciosa, muy limpia, una televisión de 42", climatización buenísima, escritorio, camas comodas, doble almohada, cuartos de baño con jabón, secador... Y un gran buffet desayuno ( con un café buenísimo) que te sorprende gratamente."

"I don’t know if all the rooms are the same but after a very long day and the usual stresses of flying the one thing you need is sleep. Not possible in the room I was in. Everything was great until it was time to switch the lights off. Directly above my bed was the brightest green “Exit” sign I had ever seen. No matter how I tried to position myself in the bed the bright light was beaming into my eyes. It was so bright it lit up the whole room. In the end the only thing I could do to escape it...

"Arrived with a broken elevator and left seven days later without the elevator having been repaired. Room was clean neighborhood not the best. The building is behind another building and is in a dark corner. It felt unsafe because of the graffiti and trash though we had no incidents."
