This is the best hotel in Bilbao! It is right across from the Guggenheim museum, near a lot of cafes, in a great neighborhood, walking distance to the beautiful old town, and the staff are AMAZING!

The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and the view of the Guggenheim was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and gracious. The lighting system took a bit of getting used to as there were quite a few ! We loved our stay here in Bilbao and can’t wait to return !

We enjoyed our 3-day stay there. The staff was VERY helpful, including the concierge, and it is perfectly located for visiting the Guggenheim and other museums. An excellent place to stay. My only quibble is that their buffet breakfast seems overly expensive. It's a good breakfast, but maybe they added another 5-10 euro for the view. Other than that, we were very pleased with our stay. First rate.
