"We had an excellent check-in. The desk staff was brilliant. The room was small but clean. For those traveling by car, there is subterranean public parking across the street. You can't get much closer to the Guggenheim Museum. And there are restaurants galore near and not far from the hotel."

"Had a great time and on the whole the hotel was very good, especially in terms of location and helpful staff. Room was very clean, Reception was helpful and plenty to see and do on the doorstep. My one niggle was the roof terrace was closed and there was no indication as to why or prior notice. This would have been great if open especially due to the location of the hotel. The only other slight issue was the coffee in the room wasn’t good at all, but there are plenty of places to grab...
