"Property and room was very clean and well maintained. Dana and all the staff were very friendly, efficient, and helpful. Marvelous and effective staff. These folks know how to run a property. "The breakfast was just so-so and there was a sign saying you couldn’t bring any food back to the room. The small towels were scratchy, and the staff wasn’t amazing. Our conditioner that was attached to the wall was broken and when we called the front desk, no one came to fix it. Also we asked for extra pillows and someone came with one pillow (and we had to put the pillowcase on)."

"Very clean. When we arrived the room was ready. The room was nice and they had the room cool and comfortable. Crackers Barrel was directly across the street and could have walked over. Wendy’s to the right of the hotel so you could walk there as well. Would recommend it if you are going to be in Prattville!"

"I really loved this hotel. The staff was amazing! They were so kind and helpful. They were understanding and kind when I had an issue at checkout time. Then property was well maintained. Whatever I needed from housekeeping was provided. They have a cute outdoor area, where you can bbq or just sit outside, next to the pool, which is open. Breakfast was lovely. You can make fresh waffles in the waffle maker they have. They have plenty of different breakfast items to choose from. I really enjoyed...

"WORST HOTEL EVER. We booked a 2-bed hotel room. When we showed up, it was a 1-bed hotel room. And they REFUSED to fix. Problem #2: Our reservation was thru May 21, not thru May 20. They refused to honor that. And they REFUSED to fix. WORST HOTEL EVER."

"Im sorry to say I ended up sleeping in a chair. I booked thru expedia and then called the motel directly to double check that I would have a wheelchair accessible room. Yes, the desk clerk said. The bed was at least a foot higher than my wheelchair seat, and there was no way I could transfer to the bed. Why are motels putting these new higher beds in what are supposed to be accessible rooms? Even the elderly and children have a hard time getting on them. The replacement TP was placed high on a...

"The front desk service was great, the rooms are clean, and the family enjoyed the breakfast. The area feels safe and is a great place to walk the dog. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasnt working and body wash needed refilled, room was for 4-6 people but their were only 3 sets of towels The TV in the sitting wasn't connecting to DirecTV for our kids. There were no disposable cups for the coffee pot, though there were lids.there was decaf coffee pods but not regular coffee. I did colorful...

"No coffee maker in room. Only had decaf coffee in lobby. Staff said was they were expecting a delivery truck but why not have extra or pick up some coffee grounds from a local store. Slept hot ac thermostat was set to 65 but was more like 75."
