Perfect location for getting into the Legoland park. Breakfast was great. Loads of options. Staff were great. Very friendly and cleaning staff were great.
Great location. Rooms and hotel was fun for the children. You will be nickel and dimed for everything at the resort, such as tap water. Location is unbeatable for Legoland access.
The hotel was was good for the kids, however it was warm and there was no air con in the rooms.
The early access to Legoland while attractive is pretty much wasted as none of the the rodes are actually open early.
Our stay lived up to the dream. This is a really fun hotel. The rooms are well kept. There is a game room, large LEGO builds, and a wonderful restaurant. You are an easy walk from LEGOland and the LEGO House. We had a great stay.
I was extremely sick on my vacation. The staff at the reception, restaurant and facilities helped me to a doctor with a med transport, covered both ways, and lots of support and popsicles! Absolutely cannot thank the staff enough. Would absolutely stay here again.
We visited (myself and my 16yr old son) hotel was adventure room and nice and big (we were given an accessible room) breakfast buffet was great. My only complaint is there is nothing to do in the evening. The park closed at 5 and there was nothing for us to do. No entertainment etc. I was slightly disappointed as Lego is not just for children and my son is a massive Lego collector and we were a little let down by the park and hotel. It seems a little dated and relies heavily on Lego branding without much other effort. My son is a young 16 and would have loved to have done activities etc we had a great break but not sure we would go back - a little let down that most of the facilities are for little children and Lego is definitely not only for little kids!
Such a great stay! Very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. Just hoping for a new breakfast menu each day. Maybe next time, a little breakfast surprise each morning would be nice.
But overall, everything else made it a worth-it stay.
It’s a really novel place to stay. It’s fun for the kids, but I would say that it is really overpriced. We had the Lego movie room, which was really fun and cute and well done. The pillows were pretty uncomfortable and lumpy. We were able to enter the park 30 minutes early, but that wasn’t really as much incentive as we thought since none of the rides are open at that time. overall, we really enjoyed the novelty of the hotel but next time we come here we will stay at a less expensive hotel, and walk or pay for a taxi to the park in the morning
Comfortable and warm room, clean toilet, connected to Legoland (a huge plus), delicious warm breakfast with a large variety of food, friendly staff. Nothing to complain about. If you are bringing your family to Legoland Billind, staying here is a no-brainer. Really glad we stayed here!
Room was a good size and was very clean on arrival. Typically, details of how to use wi-fi etc. were via a QR code on the door card wallet, which I didn't noice until I had worked out how to do it for myself. A room card with the details in various languages would have been a bonus. Staff were really friendly and very helpful; I had to call on them just after 11pm as we were unable to sleep due to delegates from a conference having quite the party in the bar; they had opened external doors and windows which was allowing the sound to travel, stopping us (and other guests) from sleeping...and I thought British drunks were noisy! Any way, the doors were quickly closed after my complaint and without any rioting on behalf of the revellers; another appreciated cultural difference.
We had an evening meal in the Panorama Restaurant; waiting staff were lovely, meals were very good, served hot and without delay; if I was 12 again, I would have made full use of the all-you-can-eat soft ice cream services.
Breakfast was quite unbeliveable, more food than we knew what to do with from sausages and bacon to a full cold meats selection; would go again just for the breakfast!
LEGOLAND park has it's own covered walkway from the hotel, very useful for us as it was raining for most of our visit. Finally, even having checked earlier that day, the hotel staff were still happy to call a taxi for us and even gave my wife a 'birthday' badge when we left.
The entire staff is great. Super friendly and they entertain the kids to give parents a break. Lots of kid zone areas for kids to play and entertain themselves. 15 min easy walk to center of town and Lego house. There’s a colorful path that you just follow so it was really easy. Town itself is quaint and many places are closed on Sundays. Food on property is ok - I’d skip it at dinner time and head into town to Gastropub.
