"The InterContinental in Toronto was absolutely lovely! We had a stunning view of Lake Ontario, and we were overlooking Ripley's Aquarium and the Rodger's Centre! The staff were incredibly kind and more than willing to help us with our luggage and directions. We were unable to use the amenities due to time restrictions on our trip (our fault, not the hotel's), but we saw the beautiful spaces and would come back in a heartbeat to use them!"

"The room was great, comfortable bed, however the lack of a table or desk to work on was inconvenient. Could really remove the mini bar space and provide a table or something.
Staff was great.
The Lobby is very cramped quarters with not a lot of options if not wanting to spend high prices at the Alder. Thankfully there are plenty of options outside of the hotel."

"Our third stay here and staff was great as always.
Our room could have used a better clean before our stay. Found a sock and a shoe under a chair from a previous guest. Lots of dust on bedside table shelf.
Bathrooms were spotless.
Still worked great for activities we had planned. Just not quite as nice as previous stays."
