Beautiful house and property, well maintained and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Very friendly hostess and staff and we were made to feel welcome from the start. There was a full breakfast and the food was delicious and plentiful.

This is a wonderful place! We felt welcomed at the first minute. Greeted by Jason at the gate, he gave us the grand tour of his lovely house. We had an amazing stay. Everything was perfect! Thank you!

Awesome period home!

Super clean, friendly staff, bed and bedding was incredible, check-in and breakfast were excellent! We will stay here again when we are next in the area!

It was so amazing. The best bed n breakfast ever. The place was excellent. The innkeeper was fantastic. The food was so delicious. The location was awesome. I highly recommend this place and plan to go back.

Sparkling clean

Our stay at the Guest House at Gulfport Landing was great. Every room was sparkling clean. They, also, provided antibacterial wipes in your room. The rooms are well decorated. It is in a great location near downtown Gulfport with a lot of great eating places. Breakfast was great. Kathy is a great hostess and cook. We will be back.

Everything was excellent. Kathy was very helpfu and the breakfasts were great. Could have been a little more shelf space in the bathroom; and no shampoo in the bath.

Had a good time, good location, great architecture, breakfast was excellent, but like any house built in 1906 hard to stay on top of the maintenance, great experience will stay here again

Beautiful Historic Home, Great location for us

Beautiful historic home near beach and Island View Casino. Proprietor was very friendly and helpful. The whole home is beautifully decorated and our room was lovely with a fantastic claw foot tub in the bathroom. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the homemade breakfast that is served in the dining room but we will definitely be staying here again and won’t miss it next time.

Remarkable stay

This is a stunning property. Lovingly furnished and tastefully decorated and retains rustic charm. Minutes from the beach and the town centre has lovely seafood restaurants. We wished we could have stayed longer!

The photos do not do this house justice! It is such a beautiful Victorian home minutes from the beach. Jason is a phenomenal host and his breakfast is by far the best I've ever had! Will be staying here over and over again!
