"This was an overnight stop on our way to Italy. The hotel was very quiet despite close proximity to the motorway. The staff were really helpful. "An exceptional hotel. We had a very spacious room with a balcony and an amazing view. The breakfast choices endless and yummy. The hotel is on top of a hill and away from downtown. If arriving by train, you will need to take a taxi (only 13-14 Euros). "This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Amazing location, wonderful staff and excellent food. It is set a little way out of Bellagio but the shuttle is very easy to organise and you get the benefit of the view! The terrace is fantastic for breakfast, an afternoon cocktail or dinner. "We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel has a charming retro style, and while the rooms are a bit older, they are well maintained and have a lot of character. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The owner and staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the whole stay feel very personal. "Honestly…. Overall awful. The property has not been kept up. No AC within the hotel. The staff are not hospitable. Had horrible sleep and they wanted to charge me for their problem of a bed. Had to fight tooth and nail for them to waive it. This is not a real hotel."
