"The parking lot is very convenient. We need wheelchair access and it was very good here. Staff are always around and helpful. It is also very convenient so we were able to walk to restaurants and many attractions in the area."

"Christian and Katherine are fantastic hosts and took exceptional care of us. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well looked after. The food and wine were exquisite with stunning views over the river. Really special place. Thank you! "

"Serviceable room, there are sign of wear and tear. No shampoo/conditioner but everything else was great."

"Room needs updating such as flooring."

"Chambre ok mais peu de lumière. Emplacement calme. Belle terrasse"

"Great stay with friendly owners Loic and Celine . Quiet , clean and good location .Breakfast so good !"

"I loved everything about my stay, especially the staff. Each and every person was immensely hospitable and genuinely kind. The property is gorgeous and impeccably clean. My room was an actual suite with so much space and charm. It lacked nothing. The decor, the views, the spaciousness; everything was perfect!! I highly recommend this beautiful place and plan to make it a regular place to visit, as I absolutely love the staff, the amazing service, and the charm and beauty of the Chateau. Even...

"Clean room"

"The help and support that Silvie gave us due to our traffic accident the day before was beyond anything we might have hoped for. From arranging us access to the hotel after hours to contacting Europcar and working with them to find a location to pick up a replacement car to scheduling a taxi for us to get to Bergerac to get the car. Silvie was incredibly supportive as if that we were her only job for that day. We were treated not as clients but as valued guests at your lovely hotel. What...

"Some problems of coordination between Expedia and an austere receptionist. A somewhat hectic check-in as a consequence. I don't regret the stay at all and would definitely stay there again on another occasion."

"This place was a wonder spot to explore the area. Our hosts were very welcoming. The Chateau is extremely well decorated and restored. The rooms are large and have every luxury. There is a wonderful dog at the property that is very friendly. For those that have an expensive car that they do not want scratched by a happy dog jumping up, best to park before the property and walk in. Let the owners know you have arrived and they will make sure that Skye is in the house until you park."

"AC was good and staff were nice. Beds had clean sheets. Very outdated. The toilet had rust stains. Dead bugs around the room and window. Really felt like a motel. Definitely did not seem like a 3 star hotel."
