"Comfortable, clean hotel with a straight on view of the mountain and toll road. The restaurant on site was good too. The only issue was that the pool was under renovation, so was the bar and the WiFi wasn’t working. But we asked them to waive the resort fee since these amenities weren’t available and they did. "

It’s a very relaxing property with extremely friendly staff and is in an excellent location. Breakfast is adequate well stocked and there is coffee, always available in the lobby area. "

"Amazing stay at the base of Black mountain with rad amenities. Double hot tubs and sauna were incredible. Staff were wonderful. Super mellow vibes in a classic old school new England inn. Our room was on the smaller size, but with all the fun stuff to do between the on-site Shovel Handle Pub and literally being in the same parking lot as Black Mountain, you don't need to spend much time in there.
