Khách sạn Birsfelden

"Super clean but the furniture is a bit old. Room was very big with. Weird layout and very affordable."

"Lovely stay and everyone so helpful"

"Great location"

"The hotel is located in a convenient part of town and 3 trams stop just across the street. They provide access to all tourist areas in minutes which could not be more convenient. We appreciated the breakfast buffet which provided a lovely variety of options and gave us a good start to the day. "We only stayed one night at this comfortable hotel in beautiful Basel. Breakfast good, beds excellent and shower just the job. Staff very helpful in retrieving lost insulin. We’ll be back!"

"They claimed to be an air-conditioned hotel but our AC did not work and several other guests that I spoke to also had non-functioning air conditioning. We stayed for three nights because the conference was nearby and there was no effort to repair any of the guests' units. It felt like this is their scheme. Charge for AC rooms but only apologize when they don't work. When we requested a partial refund for the lack of AC, they ignored the request."

"Overall clean nice hotel."

"A great hotel, lovely staff, clean rooms and facilities plus the best steak tartare I’ve had in Basel so far"

"Ottima la colazione, la camera era pulita e li personale super gentili."

"Beautiful room, clean! Helpful, kind staff. Amazing location. Amazing spa & massage. Lovely restaurant!"

"Didn't stay long enough to know."
