Khách sạn Biscaia

"paula was very welcoming and answered all our questions! room was ready slightly before check in, which was great help since we arrived from a long flight. room was big, spacious, high ceilings and in a great location. only issue is that being in the central, it can get noisy at night. would book again!"

"Overall good experience that was expected for this price point."

"great location"

"The hotel itself was outstanding. It is beautiful and the location can't be beat. We stayed in a waterfront room and loved it. While small, the balcony and view absolutely made up for it. It's located close to so many incredible restaurants and shops. We enjoyed a gorgeous walk with a nice dedicated sidewalk to Boca do inferno with so much to see in between. Their breakfast is delicious with a great variety from eggs and bacon to pastries and even a gluten free selection which I really...

"As always, never doubted my stay here, Everyone is so professional and the hotel is amazing, the breakfast and bar is great. Would totally recommend to anyone"

"The breakfast was very nice , the gym was great other there was no towels there when I arrived but a saw other people having one . We took a bolt into town it was 12 euros , parking is free. Great stay ."

"The hotel itself was really nice and well maintained. It looked pretty and the staff was friendly. My issue was my room smelled really bad. Like a mixture of unpleasant body odor and cigarettes. Unfortunately there were no available rooms to switch to. The staff tried to help and provided a spray but it didn’t seem to work. For 3 days the unpleasant odor was there. Sintra was such a beautiful town but everything closes down early and it wasn’t great going back to a smelly room."

"Excellent location, walkable to airport. Very quiet rooms, with amenities for a comfortable stay. The food and cocktails available at the lobby bar allow guests to really relax."

"So close to the beach, lovely swimming pool - watch out for the seagulls though that like to go for a swim and drink!! Really clean inside, beds really comfortable."

"A major incentive for the booking was the airport shuttle. The incentive went from amenity to aggravation. Waiting 45 minutes for a bus late at night is a major letdown. The hotel itself is just fine and the staff there is very good."

"The staff were amazing from start to finish. The room needed a bit of attention; bathroom floor needed cleaning, phone didn't work, Chromecast didn't work. Otherwise, fantastic"

"La ubicación es muy buena, las habitaciones perfectas el hotel muy limpio. La única queja es que si te acuestas tarde y quieres dormir hasta tarde solicites una habitación en un piso alto, los primeros pisos empiezan temprano y hacen mucho ruido tirando las puertas limpiando. De resto todo perfecto"

"The hotel was clean, the staff were good. The location was good. The only downside was it's on a pedestrian street so you have to drag your bags a couple of blocks."
