"The water output in thw shower is not as strong as we would like it to be. The sink is clogged with hair from previous guests. We stayed for 2 nights and they did not refill our rooms with water. They took our small towels on the first day of cleaning but did not replace it with new ones."

Very friendly and highly professional staff - housekeeping from Clare and Eloise was impeccable. Town centre easily reachable via public transport. Will definitely re-book next time we are in the area."

"The suite on the top floor was superb and had a great view over the river. The restaurant food both evening meal and breakfast was excellent, can't fault the hotel at all. And the parking was right behind the hotel and only 6 pounds a day."
