"The staff was as helpful as they could be. 1st our room didn’t have a trash can. 2nd the fold out couch mattress had springs sticking out of the mattress. 3rd the hot water for the shower only got to warm and the control handle is wrong. When put to hot the water is cold and when put to put it’s cold. The middle was warm. 4th Bathroom door would not shut and lock. 5th the hot tub is out of order. 6th the pool water was cold even though it’s indoor. Overall for $180/night this is the worst hotel...

"Dirty & dingy. Do not recommend. This property has had 0 upgrades, straight out of the 80s. Not only were the floors dirty & sticky, there were handprints all over the mirrors. The tiles on the bathroom floor were broken & shift / crunch under your feet. Light bulbs needed replacing. Window unit AC/Heat that is obnoxiously loud.
For what they’re charging, just go somewhere else."

"I stayed here a few times now.
In this town and in another.
Every time having stayed multiple days in a row, the environment the staff really everything about it and my stay was great. Friendly staff and very communicative! Everyone from the front desk staff to housekeeping and to those who prepared breakfast, were excellent! They were professional and kind.
The entire building was clean, safe and it's location was convenient to shops and restaurants.
I'll stay here every time I come to...

"Remember that Sparks is the low end tier of Hilton. You don't get the expensive furnishings like in other Hilton hotels. There's no coffee maker in the room. But the room is clean and very spacious. Towels are good. Breakfast is continental breakfast which is fine by me. They make sure the coffee pots are always full. The bread items, cereal, and fruits are decent. The price was great. Staff was super friendly."
