"Clean spacious room! Nice and quiet too."

"The toilet would not stop running and had trouble flushing. We could not use the hot tub because it was too hot and people's skin was red to the point of hurting. The desk said they called someone, but it was unusable. It was what I was looking forward to at the end of the day. Desk person came and stuck his hand in it and said it was fine. Not acceptable."

"Our room was not clean. Stains on the bed, mold in the shower, and a white powder on our chair."

"We had a perfect stay. The staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Coffee was good and hot. No parking issues. Zero issues overall."

Unhappy that when our grandchildren came, additional wristbands for the swimming pool were $10 each 😳 Also, surprised that when we initially entered our room, the bedroom window was wide open to the parking lot… no screen, so I did a quick double check of the room to be sure no one had entered our room from the outside (we were on the first floor… anyone could have entered without the front desk noticing. )"

"The carpet was dirty/stained. The microwave was dirty inside. The bathtub was stained and there was a spot in the floor of the tub that you could push on and it literally dented in. Fire sprinkler in the shower was very rusty."
