Think Faulty Towers and you won’t be disappointed. The reception staff run the bar and everything- absolutely lovely. However, keys given to other guests ( walking in whilst a guest was in bed- totally unacceptable) No working radiators, yet showers scolding hot, freezing cold rooms - used towels ...
