"We have a reservation and on our arrival they said the reservation was for the next next day?
The booking was "pay on arrival" but the money was taken 2 days priror.
Major problems with them using the reservation system.
Sent us to a sister property. Room and staff were great there."

"The Harriott Bay Inn is charming, having retained its historical character. Inn's with the HBI character are being razed and replaced with condo mostrosities."

"A beautiful location with excellent views. The unfortunate thing is that they are in the process of renovations. Our room seems to be not quite finished yet, but it has great potential. The property itself could really use some structural renovations and not just cosmetic ones, like the ones they are doing right now."

"I wasn ’t sure about this hotel because the rate was the lowest. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw just how clean it was and the friendly staff. The free breakfast was good as well!
Definitely would recommend and stay again at the Port Augusta!"

"Older facility but well maintained we chose room in the main building. Rooms were spacious and clean. LOVED that we could take our dog.
Hot tub is nice but a bit strange to be in the middle of the gym (open space).
Breakfast was great and staff were super helpful and accommodating.
I would definitely stay again"
