"Elevator needed vacuuming and stainless steel wiped down. Light out in bathroom and told staff, but bulb not replaced. Housekeeping opened our room without knocking!! Don’t know why, as didnt ask for room to be cleaned and you must tell front desk anyway first! New employee from Oregon, had just started 4 days before. He was so kind, and I hope he remains an employee for a long time. He was extremely kind and understanding! Thank you for hiring this gentleman!"

"Convenient hotel in Middleton, near everything we wanted to do. The workout room was like a high end health club!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! We had the 2-room suite, and it was perfect. Clean and neat. It felt like we were at home. My daughters and grandson felt the same way. The pool and hot tub were nice, too. Highly recommend."

Then once we got to Middleton, my in-laws needed a handicap accessible room which I had not reserved. Jen at the front desk on Oct 9th understood our issue and took me up to the room to see if it would be alright. She was so...
