Was a tad sad about technical difficulties while attempting to use WiFi (& I did let Alex know this too & he attempted to correct issue, to no avail) & inability to access thermostat (building's historic with no built-in temperature unit), I'd DEFINITELY still recommend it, as it's very comparable for the price!"

My room was large with a huge window seat where I could relax, get work done or just read a book while enjoying the view. "This hotel is unique. Eccentric but top quality. On this, my second stay I was delighted to meet the owner who was overseeing breakfast and congratulated him on his amazing hotel. Every room is unique and dedicated to a famous person such as Che Guevara or Ada Lovelace. The breakfast is amazing: so much variety and top quality. There is a lovely roof area for drinks and also spa facilities. It is near Limehouse station and the 15 bus stops outside thus connecting from Aldwych...we used it as...

"Got the 2 bed room apartment for a long family stay, and the apartment was well cleaned, fresh and airy. Amenities (washer/dryer, microwave, cooker etc all included). The staff were welcoming and helpful especially the Manager, house keeping came every other day or so & were thorough, Location is great at Canary wharf, close to the train station and other nice shopping & dining access within walking distance. Overall would definitely recommend this Fraser place for stays!"

The property was advertised as a hotel, but it felt more like a house that had been divided into multiple rooms, which was very misleading. During my stay, there was no reliable electricity, the lights went out, the sockets stopped working, and there was no internet access. "Such a great spot. One stop from O2 and near shops and restaurants. Very quiet and all amenities catered for. Rooms are very small so be aware. I would like to see a slightly better deal on the smaller rooms. It would make me more likely to return."

"The property for us was very clean, well diverse, and had friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't have been better suited with public transportation around London within a few minutes. All necessary stores was within walking distance, including restaurants, supermarkets and even a huge shopping mall. There is also lots of Caribbean (West Indian) heritage in the area and the hotel honored that with some rooms named after some Islands."
