"Given that this is in Canary Wharf the Uber boat stop is about 20min away and the next metro about 15min. There was no grocery store around the corner and the non-smoking signs were a bit excessive. The complimentary coffee machine was usually out of service in the morning when you actually wanted the coffee. We arrived during the London marathon so we had to walk a bit till we reached the reception. It was noted in the elevator that the hotel could not be reached by car that day - as arriving...

"Conveniently right next to the Underground makes it easy to hop on the train to wherever you’re going. The hotel and room was pretty basic, had some scuffs on the wall but was clean. There wasn’t a microwave or coffee maker in the room but had a kettle. No noise from the train. And a noon check out time."

"Stayed for 2 nights.Great location for Canary Wharf. Reception staff were welcoming. Lovely hotel but could be improved by attention to detail. On arrival to our room the shower gel had not been checked and was empty, cleanliness could be improved the room was quite dusty and there were stains on the carpet, the robes provided one had two fairly big holes in it and wasn't up to the 4* standard. Water and biscuits were not restocked on day two.The sauna and steam room area were a great asset but...

"The photos shown are of another property this person lets. I would not have felt safe staying in this accommodation regardless of cleanliness. We were met by a lady who didn’t speak English and who had dirty track bottoms on. As we walked in the entrance was filled with a tumble dryer on and stacks of cupboards precariously stacked on each floor. The room was at the top of the house but the rooms leading up to it suggested that this was for people needing emergency accommodation. I was with my...
