The West bridge Hotel is the little Hotel that tries. But considering Stratford is dirty and Dangerous after 9 pm, you may want to think it through before booking here. (Please Google Earth the neighborhood if you think I'm kidding.) The front desk people were cheerful and helpful. The kitchen help treat the customer like they are prisoners of war. The rooms are painfully small and some rooms have nowhere to put your belongings.The Beds are very uncomfortable and the bathroom and shower are positively tiny. Breakfast is excellent.....but just don't outstay your welcome while you're there. The help is unhappy and it's reflected in the work. You just don't feel welcome. In short. It's relatively inexpensive but it's like New York City 1975 in the neighborhood. The front desk staff deserves applause for making chicken salad out of chicken 💩 I hope they find a more suitable hotel to ply their talents.

Amazing property, we booked here as went to see ABBA Voyage which was a 10 minute walk away. We parked in BUZZ bingo car park at the back of the hotel. Room was amazing, staff were exeptional, breakfast was the best ive had at a hotel and catered for my husband gluten free. Weatfielda shopping centre was within walking distance, highly recommend this hotel

Well located to ensure you get a good walk to or from where you are going, yet excellent for transit options with Stratford station nearby as well as other lines and bus stops. I think the saying Quaint “AF” applies here! I booked the King Edward suite which was exactly as the website pic portrayed and what I was hoping it would be. It’s all stairs for the suites in of course but it was worth the steps every night I was there to relax in the room. The staff at all points were incredibly friendly and attentive, The little courtyard was a nice spot on a nice day and the guest library room was a really nice bonus! I wanted to sit and brood there with a snifter of brandy and cigar , if I was still allowed ;) The restaurant has some good items and the drink menu was my most used, as I had most meals out on my tours , but always ended with a good night cap at the bar. This is a gem for sure in the area! Thanks for the hospitality.

We stayed in suite 2 which was on the road so very noisy, even though the windows were closed it sounded like they were open. Shower door kept coming of hinges and shower was very dirty around bottom of shower tray

We had a warm welcome from the friendly staff. The room was nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. The hotel and room were very quiet, EXCEPT for fan noise that we think was coming from the ventilation system. It wasn’t our A/C or bathroom extractor (we turned these off). There seems to be additional ventilation that generates a constant whirring noise that was enough to disturb our sleep throughout the night, even with earplugs in! So much so that we would look for a different hotel next time. The WiFi signal is good throughout the hotel, however the actual internet connection was on/off; although our phones were connected it was unusable most of the time.

This place is the definition of unassuming. From the outside, you do not expect to walk into what I consider a five-star hotel experience. The hotel itself is spotless, charming, and just the right kind of quirky. Where this place shines is their choice in staff. You are not going to find concierge/front desk/customer service better anywhere else you go in London. Several times I was almost confused by how helpful they were. Let me explain. I called down and asked where the Coke machines were. I still don't know if there are Coke machines because they insisted on bringing me a soda to my room in a glass bottle on a tray with a glass full of ice. I mean, what kind of place does this? I am now officially spoiled. I guess that's my only complaint. It's going to make going to any other hotel in the future a little lackluster.

Stayed for 2 nights to visit Abba Voyage,easy to find , 5min walk to stratford tube, 10 min to Abba Rooms quite spacious we stayed in a standard double Lights very confusing, apparently they are controlled from the TV!!! Cleanliness of room not the best, but ok for 2 nights Good choice at Breakfast, both hot and cold Staff lovely would definitely stay again if visiting Abba Voyage

Our Tv wouldn't work properly at midnight and a member of staff kindly came in to restart it for us. Staff are friendly and hospitable, standard room was clean and tidy with everything you'd expect for the price. Cannot complain about minor issues that didn't affect my overall experience here.
