"We enjoyed our stay, the room was relatively clean, the amenities were good, the location and value for money is good, the only reason I gave 4 stars was because our bedding had some big sexual activity stains but as soon as we notified reception they replaced the bedding immediately and even offered another room."

"A good location to base yourself in Te Anau and an easy walk into town. The unit was well appointed with everything needed during our stay. We found the beds to be comfortable and the unit to be clean. More than happy to recommend."

"Jeff was a wonderful host. Room was spacious and bed was super comfortable. Lots of space to spread out (lots of common area) and bonus was getting to do some laundry. The pets (Eddie the dog and Frankie the cat) were nice to cuddle with. Breakfast was delicious. Jeff had some good recommendations for stops along our travels. Only a few minutes from downtown Te Anau which we appreciated - too many tourists there. Good restaurants in the area."
