"It's a historic building downtown with two good restaurants, and each room has a different layout. When you walk in, there's a weird smell. Our room had a sauna and a bathtub, but the description didn't mention stairs everywhere, which was a big safety problem. The room was super small and dusty. We didn't have hot water for two days, and housekeeping never refilled the coffee or tea or cleaned the room. The safe didn't work, and the bed was really uncomfortable.
We had to call reception a bunch of times to resolve the hot water issue. The management offered free breakfast on the day we left, but breakfast was already over. They apologized and waived the city tax."
