"Hotel location is great, room was clean and had all the basics. The back patio restaurant area is great. The only downside is that in the morning the coffee nook area is hidden and ran out of coffee. We could not see anyone in the reception area even though it wasn’t very early, it was around 7:30 am. Also, the coffee area was not well appointed. Not a big deal just not the best setting."

"The toilet kept running and they were unable to fix it because it was the weekend. And the sink was clogged, but the weekend staff was able to fix that. The rooms were vacuum clean, but lacking in other areas. The pillows were very flat. We had to move to another room on short notice because they were starting major renovations (also on short notice) on the 3rd floor we were on.
We also booked the room with the provision of 'breakfast included', but because of some renov work, breakfast was not...
