"I would give this hotel a zero star for staff if I could. We arrived only to not have a room. The lady helping us said she could see the reservation, but couldn’t access it. When I asked what they could do about it so we could stay, the other lady up front looked at us, rolled her eyes, and walked away. All the rooms were booked so we had to find another place to stay. "I think this place was under remodeling. My room was remodeled, but the TV cable didn't work and there was a pipe leak under the sink. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower was awesome and had fantastic pressure."
