"Hotel is on a busy street, but close to just about everything. Breakfast was good, particularly the cinnamon rolls. Bed was comfortable and good, clean bathroom. This is a hotel we'd consider staying at again."

"La que parece ser la maneger general una morena alta de pelo afro ,se molesto en el desyuno xq mi hijo agarro cerial y se voto poquito en la bandeja y nos miraba con mala cara !!!"

"A holiday inn, friendly afternoon staff; added parking fee, very close to airport, stadiums, and close to restaurants and bars. Tons of construction downtown, poorly signed and very unfriendly to pedestrians! Not their fault, but Omaha could do much, much better, for sure."

"Pretty good location even though everything from parking to just being in the premise cost some sort of fee. Front check in person was very unpleasant and it was a mess trying to use the elevator to get to our room due to a concert across the street. It was nice having a bar and seating area in the lobby but we probably wouldn't stay here again."

"Awesome rooms"

"I've never been in a smaller room - even in in NYC. No closet. No mini fridge. No Safe. No ironing board (although a steamer was provided.) My "view" looked right into another building across a narrow alley. There was so much construction and trash truck noise starting before 5:00am and the room windows did little to block it. The noise between floors was terrible, as well. It sounded like the people above me were throwing suitcases around at 2:00am - but I'm sure it was just moving chairs and...

"Great place to stay, friendly folks."

"It was great!"

"Great service!"

"The customer service both on arrival and when checking out left plenty to be desired. The area was under heavy construction, so finding the parking ramp for guests was a chore, and there seemed to be few spots available. That's not all the hotel's fault. Good, clean room and hotel, but won't be staying there again."

"Really unique, old school vibe with beautiful rooms and great location."

"I love the unique hotel and its older and newer parts! The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent! The best hidden gem was the high-end steakhouse in the basement! Wow! Best filet and crab cakes ever! Well done!"

"Staff met all of my needs. The breakfast was fresh and good. Very clean facilities and excellent gym."
