Firstly we had to wait at the reception when we arrived to the hotel. It was quite bizarre that there was no one in the reception. Then someone came after a couple of minutes later. Staff were lovely and helpful. Facilities fantastic. Room was ok. Did feel that it needed carpet cleaned better, as its a dog friendly room. Which we found did have old dog hair still embedded in carpet fibres. Not disgustingly dirty, but caused alleges with us.
