"Where service and hospitality was pleasant and friendly, we were shocked when two from housekeeping entered our room 9ish in the morning. They did not even knock. We had the do not disturbed card on our door. That is why service went from 5 stars to 3."

"The room overall was pretty basic, bed was fairly comfortable. One of the bedspreads had blood stains on it, though, which was distribing. The shower was servicable - they included an in- shower non slip mat which is nice and not something I've seen often. "

"Stay before our cruise. Staff was very helpful with all accomodations. The restaurant Andare that was attached to the hotel was excellent. The pricing was very high for the average traveler. They also had a steak house attached to the hotel which was way too expensive. We also stayed a day after our cruise. The hotel accommodated an early check in and also set up our taxi for an early trip to the airport. "

"It is in a nice convenient location However, they need to fix the parking lot floor drain outside room 322. It needs to be secured down. Really got tired of like what seemed every 15 minutes a car would drive over it in the middle of the night. It would rattle so loud. A simple fix That they never did the entire 5 days i was there Probably take them 5 minutes BUT NO!!!!!!"
