"Clean room. Owned by a kind and thoughtful couple. Even their dog was sweet. They are super approachable and made everything very easy. Including helping me arrange a private airport transfer to and from the villa to LIR ($120 USD each way). This property is well-maintained, and the common areas are always clean and comfortable. The bathrooms come equipped with bidets, which is very helpful/thoughtful. So you don't need to pack a portable one. Every person I met on staff was quite pleasant. Annabella is an absolute delight! Breakfast (ovo-vegetarian) was tasty, and fresh coffee was prepared every morning. The shared kitchen is stocked with any utensil you'd need to prepare a meal (+mini fridge in room) Things to note: - try to shop for some groceries before checking in. It's easier to stop on your way to the property, and not think about it later. - if you depend on electricity for an item (e.g. using a CPAP), be prepared for some (very brief <5 minutes) brown/blackouts in this area. They only happened during the day (and late morning. ~8:30am), when I visited - there are two sodas/restaurants less than a block away. So if you didn't grocery shop, you will be just fine. - there is a small shop (Surya Natural) for essentials 15 minutes (walk) away, and a small beer/surf shop (~15 minute walk down playa Avellanas) - the beach is a 5 minute walk away - bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper - pack conditioner if your hair gets dry (bathroom will have shampoo and bodywash)"
