"The room itself was very clean. We had no issues with the room itself. Bathroom was clean, kitchen area, and living room also. The patio is a shared patio with a small bar wall divider. Grass in the back picnic area and grill area needs to be tended to. Volleyball court needs to be up-kept. The pool is still out of service so that was an inconvenience. Just a little more TLC and mowing around the property. Lots of deer so be careful driving around anytime. Also watch out for skunks. Cats were...

"Great place to stay! We found this place by accident in 2025 and made our way back this year! Very reasonably priced and directly on the river. Shanty’s tubes is just across the street and you get in at the bridge—very convenient! We can’t wait to visit again!!"
