"Missed the mark on every front sadly! Driving up to the property, the staff parked their cars at the entrance and the first note I see is one saying “Don’t” and “pool closed” before the welcome sign.
The desk clerk was slothful but the worst was the smell once the elevator doors opened. Musky? Yes. Moldy? Yes. Sour?

Cons: elevator can be a little slow.
Parking gate is confusing. People dont know they have to go around the back to exit the parking lot. You also have to use the code to get out. I turned that in when we checked out and had to call the front desk to get out. But they answered right away when we called and gave us the code...

"The breakfast buffet at Delta’s Kitchen was so good! So many delicious options. The scrambled eggs were light and fluffy. The yogurt and fresh fruit were delicious. Biscuits, sausage, and bacon were cooked perfectly. My only complaint would be the coffee was very weak. Service was great. Very friendly staff!"

"On arrival, it was very hot and muggy so when we walked in our room, the staff had the A/C turned super cold and it was so thoughtful of them to care about our needs.

"Reservation was easy through website, upon arrival I was greeted by the front desk clerk who a very pleasant voice when you are so very tired. I was checked in expeditiously, and informed of all the amenities including breakfast times. Went up to my room extremely clean, already cooling down (which is a perk these days) well stocked and I felt a little hungry. They have a little store with some frozen foods, snacks and sundries. Overall a very good stay, I will use this hotel in futur travels."

"Even though the room was clean, it did have an odor. The TV came on but was frozen. Staff were all amazing on every shift. Breakfast was full continental. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. It was probably the most quiet hotel I have been to in a long time, especially considering the part of town it's in. I was concerned when we arrived, but not upset when I left."
