"Great location with Tram stop right outside and Metro station less than 5 minutes walk. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. The suit was nice and Regency Club had good options. The staff were the absolute highlight. From the reception staff at check-in, to the bar staff, maintenance workers and check-out, everyone we encountered had excellent customer service and a great attitude. Super friendly and helpful - will defo stay here again! "

"I didn’t really see the staff because I didn’t need to. But they were kind enough to call and message me right after I checked in and settled into my room. The lights confused me as it was my first time in Europe. Turns out you put your keycard in a slot by the door and then they work lol. But my bathroom wasn’t super clean…. There was just some dust.. in the bathtub. And a stain in the sink. I don’t know. But I’m not too picky. I didn’t complain because I was not gonna bath anyway. And it was...

"This was such a nice place to stay on our visit to Amsterdam. I truly felt like I was staying in someone’s home. Rachael the owner is a wonderful host and her staff is so kind and very helpful. The breakfast is amazing also!"

"He enjoyed our stay at the NH collection flower market. One of the reasons we chose it. It's because the hotel was right next-door to the canal and the beautiful flower market that lined the whole street the side street behind the hotel was filled with amazing local restaurants and very accessible to get the tram to go to the various museums. I highly recommend this area because it's less touristy ."
