"This hotel is very nice, however, the staff is very inconsiderate and not very helpful. On my very first night staying, there was no ice in our room, because the ice maker in the refrigerator does not work. I was told that if I wanted ice, I had to drive to Walmart.... at 11:30pm. So we did without ice. The next morning, the shower leaked all over the floor and out into the hallway. This is not their fault as it is a shower design for wheelchair use. But I used my towels to clean and wipe up the floor. So afterwards I went to the front desk and asked him if they could change my towels, they told me that I needed to find the housekeeping department and take the towels to them. When I explained that they were soaking wet from cleaning the shower, she said that she would get it taken care of while we were out for a few hours. When we came back, the towels had not been changed and the floor was still damp. When I went to the front desk to ask if they could get me the new towels, they told me that they went to lunch and did not take care of it. So I asked him if they could take care of it. And the lady began speaking in Spanish to the people behind her talking about me. And what if the problem I was causing?And how much I was complaining, and using words that were not appropriate. I think she was totally surprised when I spoke back to her in Spanish and told her that I didn't really care about her attitude, but that I did want my towels changed. "

"Property was Not very well taken care of house keeping just let them self’s in to deliver towels with out knocking "

"Not recommended,place was terrible no staff was available, no where to be found ,place smell bad , dirty people drinking in property tv , phone not working parking lot was dark homeless people walking all over the property. To top it off the hotel power went off completely while other areas had power . Ended up checking out and struggled to find another hotel."
