"Firstly, check in was great. Friendly, efficient and helpful. Unfortunately that was the only good point! Service in the bar area was a joke, borderline embarrassing. Slack service, with (teenage) staff more interested on being on their phones ( can be seen in cellar area). Simple requests ignored ..."

"Property was clean. It was located more in the suburbs rather than downtown. We liked the complementary bikes. Breakfast was nothing special. Staff were not overly helpful"

"Pear Tree Cottage. Business traveller...plenty of parking, plenty of space to work, comfortable double bed, wifi is good, shower is good, hot water plentiful but no shower gel's or shampoo provided.
