"Room was really clean.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was excellent. It made such lovely change to have a cooked breakfast brought to you instead of luke warm self service. Bar prices very reasonable. Restaurant food was great and reasonable prices."

"Great stay here as a mum and daughter.
Room, facilitates and food were excellent.
The gardens are beautiful with peacocks everywhere. The males were fanning out their beautiful tail feathers!
Only downfall was the poor water pressure in the rooms shower and horrific noise it made after about 5 mins of it running! Sounded like an airplane taking off!"

"Comfortable stay. Nice room n0 260 everything was clean complimentary fridge items were a nice bonus. Staff were pleasant. Shopping area not too far away. Just thought there was only a swimming pool on site but to my amazement they had a jacuzzi steam and sauna too. Didn't see any mention of this when booking online but it was a great surprise which we made the most of on our 2 night stay. Travelled from there to Milton Keynes for Reggae Land."

"It could be a lovely hotel if the staff smiled and had a clue what was going on. There was a lovely and friendly lady on reception, and one of the waiter serving in the evening was friendly, as was one of the bar staff (Josh). Everyone else seemed a bit surprised to have guests, and the women working at the bar weee positively rude in their demeanour.
It could definitely do with an injection of cash to update it. The money all seems to have gone on an overly complicated lighting system in the...
