"The guys up front was nice the room when we got there underneath the pullout couch was filthy. The mattress on the pullout couch was nasty. The whole second floor when you got off the elevator it smelled literally like death. I basically were forced to stay because it was nonrefundable and I couldn’t get on a switch to another hotel. I honestly do not recommend staying at this hotel, because it needs better cleaning stuff and maintenance staff because obviously they’re not doing their jobs."

"EV charging in Dixson! So helpful. People ignore the parking rules, just check with the front desk. 1 of 2 J1772 chargers worked. 4 tesla chargers were available. Bare minimum business or overnight enroute traveller's hotel. All things in context. A 2 star bare minimum property. Everything is a little worn and dingy -But it's maintained and not the worst of these types by far. Stay away from the 1 elevator - the doors slam and are quite loud each time someone uses it. All amenities are there, just the cheap version of them. It's all practical and serves the purpose. Cooked breakfast is terrible fake food but it's free. Go for cereals and fruits. It's not a walking area, there's not much to do within walking distance. Restaurants and shopping are a quick drive away."

"Internet access is pretty bad. Couldnt get my laptop to get past the required login page. Called tech support. They decided to have me permanently bypass their login page by providing my mac address. Getting my tablet to connect much less get to their login page was also extremely frustrating. Often times took 5 to 6 tries before the login page would even show. Problem existing regardless of where I tried in the hotel. Once the laptop or tablet connected, the internet was extremely slow with lots of timeouts (or buffering if attempting to stream). And since I stayed for the week and hotel vacancy in the middle of the week was pretty high, poor internet performance cannot be blamed on overcrowding. Very frustrating. I also rented a suite (kingsize bed and a sitting area). The sitting area was essentially useless because there were no lights (no sconces, no corner lights, no table lights, etc.) in the area. The couch and lounge area were just too dark to be used even with all the lights turned on in the rest of the room. Very disappointing. On the plus side, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room maids paid attention to detail and were equally friendly and helpful."

"Very nice for the price. Good breakfast, I didn't use the pool but others were taking advantage of it. The dog/pet are was very nice, large, able to walk the dog around the mowed field."
