"Nice place to stay"

"FIVE STARS! OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS! SpringHill Suites by Marriott exceeded my expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and appreciated. The staff was absolutely wonderful, very friendly, helpful, and professional. The food was served hot, tasted great, and everything was very well organized. One thing that really stood out was how clean everything was. Our room was spotless, and the entire hotel was beautifully maintained. Cleanliness, good food, excellent...

"Checking in was a breeze. Andrea was awesome. Room nicely decorated, spacious and very clean. However the breakfast area was not. Counters were not wiped off. When I approached the staff to let them know they were out of coffee, I witnessed him filling the tray of bagels WITHOUT GLOVES."

"The first room, there was a dog barking, couple rooms down, nobody was there with the dog and it was going crazy, so I had him put me up on the third floor. The room was pretty clean but had a smell to it. It’s just an older hotel that really needs a recon. The beds weren’t that good. I was a little disappointed for a Hilton property. "My stay was awesome! The entire staff was friendly and extremely helpful on all the small things that can make travel stressful. From the moment I walked in they provided gold star service. Jenine, Kamesha (sp?), Hanna, and the rest of the staff were spectacular. I opening the spellings correct, my apologies if I did not. I would absolutely (and likely) stay again!"

"I have stayed at other Tru locations and this was by far the worst. Without getting too wordy, a few adjectives I would use to describe my room are: dingy, stale, outdated, unclean. It seems that for whatever reason they aren’t even trying."
