"Very friendly staff, beautiful property and room, loved the bathroom and bed was very comfortable from an American perspective (not like sleeping on a cement slab). Parking is €30/day and offsite (3-5 min walk), but easy in & out."

They did their best to serve me bread without glutein. The room was rather simple but it was clean and the view was awesome. I wouldn't call it luxurious, but If you are looking for a hotel with a reasonable price, right at the heart of Hamburg, you must put this one at the top of your list."

"This hotel is definitely not a 4-star property—more like 2.5 stars. The staff were great and the rooms were clean, but it’s definitely better advertised than it actually is. Also, one floor seemed to be used for long-term housing to immigrants, which made it unclear what type of place it really is."

"Rooms are immaculately clean. Mini fridge ok but not cold. On arrival the lady on the desk was moody but all others have been lovely. Evening food at the restaurant was lovely but not a lot of choice on food or drinks and there was the 2 of us and 2 other people in there to eat. Such a shame as breakfast is amazing with lots to choose from, good quality and a completely packed out restaurant. "

"Convenient for a short stay. 30 minutes walk to the center. U & S Bahn stations are 7-8 minutes walk. Staff are welcoming & understanding. We’re satisfied with what we get."
