"Very clean and affordable hotel, especially for a short layover. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but I did have one disappointing experience upon arrival. After a flight from Toronto, I arrived at the hotel around 1:45 p.m. feeling exhausted and hoping to rest for a bit before exploring the city. I was the only guest at the front desk and asked whether an early check-in might be possible. The staff member checked my reservation and advised that early check-in was not available for my booking...

"Room was large and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was the air conditioning in the room would not go low enough to keep things cool on the extremely hot days we experienced. I also was surprised with having to pay 5 euro for a bottle of filtered water for the room on those hot days. Otherwise our visit was pleasant."

"If you miss the free shuttle it’s €23 for a taxi. The check in is quick and no fuss. The room was tiny but ok for the short time we were there. The shuttle bus back to airport was very good."

"They were so accommodating, we got in early morning from an overnight flight and they were able to give us our room well before check in time - so incredible for weary travelers!! The breakfast was delicious and had a huge variety. We loved our four day stay and would not hesitate to book again!!"

"The hotel offers a large parking lot with free parking. This was a huge plus! Very convenient. The room was rather spacious and especially the bathroom amenities were exceptionally good. It smells rather musty when you enter the room for the first time, but it’s no surprise due to the age of the building. Sound-proofing of the building could be better. But generally, the hotel is well-maintained and offers a high standard."

"Really nice hotel beautifully presented. Nice tidy rooms and really comfy bed. Took us around 15 mums to get here from the airport in taxi. Beautiful surroundings with water ways either side of the hotel. Seemed like a shoet stroll to the city centre"
