"maintenance needed in room. Silver dollar size shower head. Desk chair was in need of repair. Biggest problem was I booked a king nonsmoking -accessible through the web site and paid for it at booking. When I arrived , we were placed in a King -non smoking regular. Not what I booked. Duty clerk said ..."

"Pros: the AC worked great and the location was convenient to our event. The bed was somewhat comfortable. Larger more apartment sized refrigerator. Cons: shower head is only 5'7" up the wall which is inconvenient for a taller guest. No coffee maker in the room, which is a standard amenity in hotels. ..."
