"This place was a gem! Wonderful area and the hotel perfectly fits the vibe. The room was very clean and well-equipped and the contactless options for check-in made things easy. The restaurant/cafe downstairs had lots of options for both the morning and the evening and they are just steps away from many other restaurants and shops as well. Close to transit if you need to get downtown or anywhere else in the city. Highly recommend this hotel!

"We had a corner room that was spacious and clean! The king size bed wan fabulous-very cozy!! We attended a book launch in the lobby- drinks and pizzas were great. Service was also very good; Liyan and Christian were friendly, approachable and attentive the entire night. We will definitely return when in Toronto! "

"Beautiful room and hotel , very clean and comfortable. However the rudeness of the staff doesn’t make it worth it to me. When you work in customer service you’d expect that you’d get good service. Also doesn’t make sense that you have to come down to get your breakfast voucher in the morning when they could just give it to you when you check in.
