"Love the vibe and the history of this building, property was clean, staff was very friendly. Only complaint was that the internet/wi-fi wasn’t great, and it made streaming on the television difficult as it kept cutting out"

"The staff were lovely and the hotel has a cool unique vibe.
But I was in the heritage wing and there is an outdoor patio right outside. The walls/windows are not soundproof at all, so it was extremely loud at night when there was conversations and music playing until quite late.
Not something the hotel can control but something to be aware of if you end up in that wing."

"Great place to stay for just a night or longer! Great location for walking to all amenities! Lots of secure parking options right next door! Highly secured! Room was in excellent condition! Bravo! Bed very comfortable! Lots of natural light! Coming from a smaller town it was a little noisy at night, but that is expected being located in downtown Toronto. Overall ... 10/10! Bravo! Will definately stay again !"
