"Good place to stay, if you need to be in Bristol. My room had fridge and microwave - both clean, but no iron(didn't need it) and no hair dryer(needed it). Restroom cleanliness is number one to me and it was clean. No breakfast. Keep this in mind because Expedia says "breakfast included". Instead I was given 2 bags for 2 days with bottles of water , crackers and a bar. One bag was open and some stuff missing. "The staff was amazing, super helpful and attentive when I pointed out an issue with the room I was in. Though the room itself wasn’t in the best shape (stains on the couch) they were super helpful and had it cleaned within 30 minutes. Brand new sheets and the works. Parking was a little confusing because of the parking lot location, but once we found it, it was super easy to find a spot. 5/5 stars from me."
