"I stayed one night at RafJam with my mom. The property was gorgeous! There was a steam flowing through the side and rear or the property and had a cool dripping area and two mini falls. The sound of the stream, birds and beautiful flora and fauna was accident perfect for the relaxing trip we were looking for.

"The owner Suzanne is very personable & welcoming. She lives on the property & the apt is at the lower level with an independent entrance. The space is nicely done & a practical kitchen, & seating area. She had some supplies in the kitchen which were very thoughtful -esp if you are on the road eg milk, cereal, sugar, salt etc

"After a handful of stays here, this definitely feels like a home away from home. "Here we go. As soon as I enterrd the the gate, Mr Carlos, the security officer greeted me like a bro, Ms Mermaid arranged my staycation and fixed some problems of my online reservation.
Ms G. works hard to keep everything nice and clean. She even walked me to the JUTC center just in case I get lost.
Good location, with beautiful pool in the yard.

"Amazing views and the host offered me great insight into the area and history of Jamaica and Kingston
It is NOT close to the actual city. I would NOT use a rental car to commute there. Use a cab or Uber only. It costs about 10-15 dollars (US) each way to the Half Tree area and a little more for other popular sites.
