No locking outside doors, our room door wouldn’t lock either, old and very outdated, cold and mildew smell. We literally checked right back out and into a better hotel. "

"Checked in late Saturday and TV and phone not working. They said they will fix it tomorrow. Late return and they said that the maintenance man didn’t come in and gave me a different room. "Staff were friendly and polite. Room was not very well cleaned. Small curly black hairs all over especially in the bathroom. Tub was rusted and faucet dripped all night. Floors were scratched up and looked terrible. Beds shifted and walked across the floor if you moved at all. Appeared bug free though. "We were sent to the top floor. Around 4am the ceiling began to leak and got our belongings wet. I went to the front desk to report the situation, I was only offered to switch to the room across the hall. And forced to make multiple trips up and down the elevator because the receptionist wanted the other room key back.
