"This place needs a little upgrades or maintenance. Stayed a year ago and was much better. Maybe it was the room we got this time. Places missing in shower and hole in closet door. Just a little disappointing compared to last time. Good location for Blue Ash. Super quiet. I think parking out back a little shady so we parked out front although it was closer to our room parking around the back."

"We only stayed one night. Check in was less than 5 minutes. The staff was friendly. It's located close to different places to eat. My only complaint is the location of the elevator."

"Had to wait at front desk to check in for 20 minutes. Clerk was out walking around. Stayed here last year, great stay. This year everything looks run down and tired. Not even a hair dryer in room. Not going to book anymore stays here."

"The property is dilapidated, smells like wet dog and the staff was never at the desk and didn’t answer the phone. Our room was filthy, half used shampoo, no soap and one roll of toilet paper. Had to find one of the room service people for toilet paper and he was busy watching tv in the room he was “cleaning”. My husband half jokingly called this the Discomfort Inn. Never again!"

"It's like staying at a regular cheap hotel is just you pay out your rear for it I'm paying 1665 a month right now and I only get 1760 so if you're looking for low price forget it"

"The room was not clean upon arrival. Used towels were left on the bathroom floor, the TV was still on, and the bed sheets appeared not to have been changed after the previous guest checked out. It seemed that the room had not been properly cleaned at all. The hallways had an overwhelming amount of air freshener or spray, which made it difficult to breathe. We checked almost five different rooms, but they all had similar issues. The strong smell in both the rooms and hallways made our children...

"So im not sure where to start.. we got a hotel room for 2 nights. The first night we got into the pool. The pool had a a chunk of hair around the side of it. Also none of the jets was filtering the pool so the pool was cloudy. We immediately got out and took a shower. Stains and smelled like urine. The next morning the elevator doors wasnt working and when we reported it they was rude about it. Also black mold on window!!! Also have pictures of how disgusting the room was."

"Bugs on the beds. No towels in the room and when we did get them, they were pretty dingy. One bed with no pillows at all. It said free breakfast, but there was no breakfast except for coffee. I would not stay at this place ever again."
