"Personnel accueillant, souriant et serviable. Belle piscine, et plage de sable a proximité. Menu a thème sympa. Bon petit déjeuner mais peu varié dans la semaine. Dommage qu'il n'y ait que du beurre salé (pas terrible sur le pain ou les tartines grillées). Les oiseaux picorent le pain dans la salle, malgré la vigilance du personnel. Manque de prise dans la chambre. Manque de banquette pour poser la valise. La salle de bain est ouverte sur la chambre, ce qui est gênant si on n'est pas en couple...

"Das Zimmer war dreckig. Es hatte Larven sowie Mottenpuppen (Kleidermotten) und fliegende Motten. Im gesamten Zimmer verteilt hingen diese Mottenlarven in ihren Puppen. Es war ekelhaft und wir haben uns ernsthaft um unsere Gesundheit gesorgt. Es sind arge Hygienemängel und dies würde eine professionelle „Pest- und Ungezieferreinigung“ bedingen. Stattdessen kam eine normale Reinigungskraft, die anstatt sauber zu machen einen Kuchen hingestellt hat. Wir haben ein Zimmerwechsel verlangt, welcher...

"Thanks for the great stay...we loved everything. Cool design of the place and our room. Amazing breakfast with nice details... We loved our apartment on the top of the building, so huge and beautiful. Everyone was so helpful, recommend restaurants and trips. You have to do the catamaran tour to ile aux cerfs with them...it was just great. Special thanks to Jessica and staff, always again."

"I invited my daughter - who was getting married, to have breakfast. I had arranged the breakfast plan at check-in. They treated her as an intruder and somebody who was trespassing when she arrived. It ruined her special day. These people are poorly trained and lacks professionalism. They recognized that they messed and offered me a free day at the hotel. I AM NOT THAT CHEAP. Keep your free day for you!!! B"

"Very nice location - loved the hike. Rooms are quite small but will do for a night or two. The food is great at dinners but very poor breakfasts. They can cook some eggs and the rest from the buffet: yogurt, tasteless bread, some cheese and musli - that’s it. Overall a nice stay but no more than 2 nights"

"Unser Aufenthalt im Salt of Palmar war unvergesslich. Bereits beim Check-In wurde man so herzlich von den Mitarbeitenden in Empfang genommen und bekam ein leckeres Getränk zur Begrüßung. Neben der Liebe zum Detail, mit der das Hotel gestaltet wurde, muss man besonders die Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden - vom Housekeeping, über die Service- und Spamitarbeitende sowie das Küchenpersonal - erwähnen.
