"First room we got the hot water did not work then the 2nd room we got was about 85 degrees and took 3 hours to cool off. Its obvious holiday inn bought a dilapidated hotel and just threw their name out front so you think you are getting quality. This room cost is double what it is worth based on the condition of the hotel. Beware. Just because its a big hotel name doesn't mean its a good one like it used-to mean. "

"The staff that I talked to were super nice! Even let us have a later check out time which was amazing! Super clean and they provide literally everything you need.
