"this place overcharges for everything and i mean everything. one price is set on their menu for food but when u oay its like 25 extra charge so you have to be very careful and ask them for an itemized receipt. second thing i didnt like is that the power shuts off multiple times 8 times in a row and u have to wait until they turn on the generator . 3rd thing is they dont have an atm so please carry cash with you. food is alright but very oily. overall i wouldnt come back here i rather just pay...

"We had room 250 and when we arrived we were super excited we were checking out our room we opened the sliding doors in the room and when we went to close the doors it wouldn’t lock we had to then go to the front desk so they could send someone from maintenance to fix the sliding doors as we were in the lower level and couldn’t leave the door unlocked! Definitely not how you want to start your vacation having to wait to get the door fixed instead of going out to enjoy and eat after a long flight!...

"The Cove adult pool is under construction and the turned family pool into adult pools leave young children (under 18) forced to stay at the infant /toddler pool and making the experience very difficult for parents and children . What a wise of $15,000 ! Very disappointed that I was never notified or offered proper resolution to endure this unfortunately disappointing experience and ruined vacation."

"You get what you pay. While certainly not the most expensive 5 star facility, it was still well appointed with a high level of service. The included private car transport from and to the airport was a nice touch."

"Property was well maintained overall. Staff was attentive and friendly. Hotel was in walking distance to downtown and great food options in close proximity. My husband and I had the basic king room with the pool view. Room size was small but enough for the both of us. Our overall experience was a 10/10"

"Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "

"This place was amazing!! From the restaurants to the poolside bars which I was able to watch the World Cup! The pool is huge! The views are priceless! And the rooms are really nice."

"The property was amazing! It was better than what I expected actually. It’s in the middle of everything and on the beach. I like that it’s a modern hotel. The room was very clean with a great balcony view. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I needed extra water bottles in my room, and someone graciously came and brought them up to the room. The restaurant(s) are a nice touch also. Be prepared to spend $, as everything is a bit pricey. Overall, I’d highly recommend it!"

"The property is beautiful no doubt about that, with stunning views since it sits pretty high up ( maybe on one of the highest points) in a residential neighborhood. Therefore it is quite far away by foot from restaurants, shops, beach etc. It only makes sense if you have a rental car. We, unfortunately stayed in a room (Pearl)on the first floor that resembled more a cell than a hotel room with two twin!!!! beds, one chair with a small round table that was too small to put a computer up and...

"EVERYTHING was perfect!! Rico was the epitome of kindness, hospitality and personality. We especially enjoyed our dinner at Cleo Mediterranean, sharing kabobs and the mezethakia. The Monkey Bar did not disappoint. We’ll definitely be back!!!"
