"The room was not clean. I found an old bottle cap and old wrapper. The bed was not comfortable, the pillows were comically small, there was a crack in the door (the side with the handle) to where we could see the lights outside, and the blinds were not secure. The TV didn’t turn off in our room. The door also didn’t lock well. I have nothing bad to say about the staff and the breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast, not bad at all."

"I had a King Room - Non Smoking. My room was the third room in a hallway from a downstairs lounge. Smoke filled the corridor. There were closeable doors next to stairway down to the bar. Desk staff said she had never seen them closed in her 5 years there. I asked to be moved to another area away from the lounge. I was told nothing was available. Towels in the door gaps could not keep the smoke out. I will not stay there again."
